Can I return an item?
If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, we would be happy to credit back to you or refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Returned items must be unworn and in new condition. Items not in original new condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
* Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
*FINAL SALE is NOT refundable.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping cost associated with sending your refund back will be the responsibility of the customer.
I received a broken item, what do I do?
We do hand make and hand check each piece of jewelry with love and care. If you do receive a defected item, shoot us an email at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the item with a photo and we will do our best to resolve the situation on a case by case basis. However, we don't refund the broken item due to personal careless wearing problems.
